This software is seriously lacking in visual appeal. When compared to similar systems, this one has the functionality of a modern one, but the look and feel of one that is ten years old.

We use Oracle BI for making sense of huge amounts of dates that guides our business strategy and helps decide where to allocate resources.

The architecture is very farraginous, the customer support is very poor, costs of licence and implementation are very expensive. In my OBI is a step backwards compared to other players.

Uploading data to the cloud can be slow and space is limited at 40Gigs. It' s not easy to configure the report.

We use it for our data analytics and reporting needs. Oracle has always amazed us with its robust features.

It sometimes lags a bit, the user interface is not as slick, and looks a bit dated.

For recurring extractions, the scheduler is fairly powerful and easy to use.

My only complaint is that the platform is a bit on the slow side. When I pull stats for my reports some weeks, I find myself waiting a while and having to come back a little later to see if it loaded.

I am able to track data in real time and I am obsessed with numbers, I love that it updates and integrates with the databases I use.

Metric dashboards look great. Integration and linking with a variety of data sources, very robust.

They have a great customer support team that helps you with set up, and once you learn it, it becomes pretty intuitive.

It has been great for the company that I work for. Having dynamic, up to date metrics front and center has created excellent motivation.

Grow really helps to grow. The price is great for the results we get, customer service is good.

Ease of use and on boarding support. Ability to create the dashboard to how you/your Sr Team likes to see the information.

Their after-sales support is horrible. I have to make regular follow ups just to get a response from their sales team.

Grow is easy to get started with and is quite powerful with an intuitive, easy to use interface.

If you know a little SQL this software can work great. For the major connection pieces we needed the software worked great.

Unfortuntely, I have subscribed to 100 dashboards and paid for all 100 dashboards for an entire year and now feel stuck and helpless.

Needless to say, we’re no longer working with Grow.

I love how it's so easy to see how your firm is doing visually and that helps you to make good decisions with what direction you should go.
