In general SAP is a tool that combines both reliability and performance with a reactive customer support, wide functional coverage and it is rather scalable.

SAP BO Has too many struggles among its high points.

I love how I can track my inventory, my tickets, and my time spent on work orders both service and request. I would definitely recommend this product although there is a bit of a learning curve.

This program often crashes or runs very slowly. Its frustrating at times because as we're trying the work, often times i cannot meet my objectives because the client becomes impatient and leaves.

SAP BI is suitable for the organizations using SAP ERP system as it is very easy to integrate. SAP BI is recommended for medium and large enterprises.

The Implementation of HANA is critical for reaching the next level of performance as well. SAP has very good customer service and the free education and learning resources are very useful.

I really have not had much positive experience with this new SAP platform our company launched. I do like the user interface a little better than the previous application we used.

Can sometimes be very confusing to identify end points of data pulls - from budgets to customers.

Data base integration often malfunctions for some RDMS, for example Netezza queries are often lost in queue. Adding new data sources and change request require complicated changes in Universe.

I know its operator error but I know I'm not stupid. The white screen just sits there, mocking me.

It can sometimes be difficult to work through navigation issues when embedding the software. It requires someone to understand how to get into the toolkit, which has a learning curve.

Overall, SAP is great for a logistics and scheduling job.

Consume a lot of Memory and CPU. In case of crash, the reinstallation is very difficult and too long.

Well worth the price, in terms of ROI for any organization with BI needs.

This is an Awesome platform to store information. It's easy to use and straightforward, and has information displayed very clearly which helps save lots of  time when analyzing information.

Very challenging for non-accounting minded folks to understand,  difficult for beginners to use without lots of support, customer service is non-existent.

This is one of the features that I like because it allows me to not only deliver custom reports but also standardized reports that integrate data from different sources.

The most end-user complaint would be the size of the PDF files, they can be quite large depending on the contents of the reports, which can quickly fill up an inbox.

This software is excellent to use for data analytics, to create graphs, tables, and overall financial reporting.

The drag-and-drop interface is sometimes difficult to use especially when working with a large amount of data.

Have a very clear understanding of what you want to get out of this before making any decisions. There are a lot of products involved, and the licensing options are also varied.

It is so easy to customize the metrics and I like the fact I can specify which users have access to which dashboards, and what their permission levels can be.

We have enjoyed some time with Grow's technical team to answer some questions we had on implementing some widgets. All of these things has made us confident in the product that we have chosen to use.

The dashboard filters are limited. The dashboards are also not as customizable as Data Studio.

We realised the average sale of our photographers was not what we thought it was and that there was a big range for improvement.

I love that it visualizes and reports in a way that Salesforce simply can't (and I tried for a long time to get Salesforce to report like this).

I am able to track data in real time and I am obsessed with numbers, I love that it updates and integrates with the databases I use.

Metric dashboards look great. Integration and linking with a variety of data sources, very robust.

They have a great customer support team that helps you with set up, and once you learn it, it becomes pretty intuitive.

It has been great for the company that I work for. Having dynamic, up to date metrics front and center has created excellent motivation.

Grow really helps to grow. The price is great for the results we get, customer service is good.

Also need to mention customer support is super helpful. Having access to a BI engineer has saved me on multiple occasions.

Ease of use and on boarding support. Ability to create the dashboard to how you/your Sr Team likes to see the information.

Their after-sales support is horrible. I have to make regular follow ups just to get a response from their sales team.

I like how easy it is to customize and utilize, very efficient, clean and is impressive to present.

Grow is easy to get started with and is quite powerful with an intuitive, easy to use interface.

If you know a little SQL this software can work great. For the major connection pieces we needed the software worked great.

Unfortuntely, I have subscribed to 100 dashboards and paid for all 100 dashboards for an entire year and now feel stuck and helpless.

Needless to say, we’re no longer working with Grow.

I love how it's so easy to see how your firm is doing visually and that helps you to make good decisions with what direction you should go.

It connects different data points very easily and its power is awesome. It creates a simple dashboard that makes viewing the data easy and clear.

It is very easy to integrate and there are plenty of integration opportunities. Once the data is in Grow you can manipulate it to reveal the key opportunities to grow your business.
