Pros
- I like that iDrive is affordable and does not backup only certain types of files based on your tier of membership.
- Drag and Drop facility is easy to use and helps to manage the files very easily. Features of IDrive backup is great, and the search function is helping in searching through a large set of files.
Cons
- Fails from time to time, not sure why. Have to leave the computer on all the time and takes a long time to back up a small amount of files.
- Tech support was no help in retrieving the files. Overall, the program feels constrictive, frustrating, and difficult compared to other cloud storage I've used.
Pros
- I love that ITarian is a one-stop shop for RMM, PSA, Patching, Ticketing, Endpoint Protection, and SOC. I really like that everything can be white-labeled to look like our own tools, including the AV.
- It's been pretty stable and offers all of the options we want in an RMM.
Cons
- The pricing change hurt small nonprofits like ours, the remote connection software required a download, unlike other solutions, and would sometimes miss system prompts, leaving the remote user stuck.
- They seem to merge or rebrand every 2 years and then for 6 months no one their has a clue what direction anything is going.
