New employees can train off the computer. Rays programs  integrate easily.

This has everything you need and it is easy to navigate for a good price. The service is excellent.

I always get errors at login. Lastly, customer service has no idea how to troubleshoot.

I would like to have new patient fill out all information including health history and integrate into their chart.

As a dental provider for over 20 years I have worked with all of the software out there. What I particularly love about ACE software is the tabs across the top.

Backing up the system ensures that it remains updated and reliable. The client management system is comprehensive, coherent and adaptable after some practice.

All of the core screen is an independent box that sits inside a second box that has the menu information. There is no point to this and its a distraction.

Horrible horrible customer service just horrible.

It can be slow at times and the computer get sluggish and freezes up.

The constant updates and suggestions from users across the country is a great way to make it perfect for us users.

Costly for annual maintenance. The hold time for customer service is sometimes lengthy.

I like the format of the schedule, the treatment planning is very straight forward, and it is easy to write notes/navigate a patient's chart.

I like dentrix because once you get to navigate it then it really is a great software that helps the practice in multiple ways.

We need more pre-block options for the appointment book / scheduling to template. We have to create an event and that is annoying.

Really like working with dentrix, the hot buttons are the best part due to how quickly I can set tx plans up for the front office.

This software is very compatible with most computer programs, has great tools to work with and is backup by great costumer service.

The only thing I can say is after updates sometimes it can be hard to adjust. Running into some features not working correctly.

What I liked most about Dentrix is that so many of the features are so user friendly for the entire dental staff.

Dentrix costumer service is rally good and they are good with helping you answer the concerns or questions you have.

User friendly, Easy to navigate from one module to another - plus more than one person can be in a patient's file at a time.

I love how powerful it is, the more information you put into it, the more you are able to get out of it.

If I have to choose to work in a dental practice, I turn down jobs that run off of Dentrix. It’s frustrating to use & makes me job more difficult as well as stressful.
