Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, available on multiple devices at the same time and so far has never had a glitch.

  • Easy of use, almost no training needed. Perfecto customer support. Always up to date with new settings for the users.

  • Cons

  • The only problem of Little Hotelier (beed with them 3 years) has been timing answering support tickets.

  • Relatively expensive. The inventory page is slow to load.

  • Pros

  • So many features, easy to use the basics. I like the bulk email templates and email service. Easy connection to OTA's and great booking engine. The Front Desk feature is priceless

  • This software is so easy to use and provides so many added features.

  • Cons

  • Group reservations are a little cumbersome but it's because of all the details they include. They are in the process of simplifying it.

  • Difficulty in finding directions for performing many functions and where to perform that function. Lack of a good point of sale program (hoping the new one will work well).
