This chat platform is fantastic because they have a TON of features and can be integrated directly into your website. There is a free option as well as paid versions.

One of my websites doesn't have too many visitors so using Pure Chat to answer any questions is perfect. Also, it's great to use the mobile app so I can answer questions anywhere.

I really wish more businesses with online sites implemented Pure Chat because I really appreciate the convenience and ease of directly chatting with an agent while I am already on their website.

No Whatsapp App for PC alone without your phone being around you. Poor Security Responses When Grouped are Hacked and Admins are changed by the Hacker.

Lastly, i love how i have access to a lot more gifs on this software, makes the chats so much more fun. Great for messaging with people across the world too.
