Pros/Cons

Pros
easy to use, innovative, fun, and makes the administrative burden of mentoring no longer an issue.
I appreciate the features such as customizable profiles, mentoring connection plan, survey and reporting capability. I love the user interface and it is very easy to navigate.

Cons
The software is slightly confusing to use upon setup, but Chronus will provide appropriate support.
There are some great reports built into the system that allow users to gauge the overall health of the program. I would love it if there could be a bit more flexibility with the design.

easy to implement and use, the look is nice as well captures the audience interest
Extremely easy to use from a user and administrator standpoint. Additionally, the intuitiveness of the system makes is quick and efficient for the mentor and mentee.

Cons
I can’t think of a “ Con” but employees find the mentoring resources really helpful - more of these would be great.
would benefit from additional connecting tool for chatting or docs sharing
