It has been a growing and learning curve for our corporation. I am not on it often in my position, but when I am it's an excellent tool.

Even now with the pandemic we have had to lay off over half our staff - they won't even adjust our payments. I am disgusted with this company.

The entire team has exceeded our expectations. You can tell that each person enjoys the work they do and cares for the success of their customers.

Cura interfaces well with phone system. Not to big to listen to user suggestions, and had incorporated good ideas in future releases.

I have recommended this product to friends in the industry both in the agency business and in consulting (like our company).

The search capability is some of the worse I've seen. It does not come up with relevant candidates at all when I am searching by keywords...and don't even try to search by location.

Define end user needs: the desired bells and whistles. Find a company responsive to the small team/ highly experienced professional.

Customer support is phenomenal. Support team has been so easy to work with and is available whenever we need anything.

CURA makes my job easier and helps me stay better organized with my candidates.

Great product whether you have a large implementation team or a one man show. Support staff was very helpful and the customer service experience is consistent between departments.

The Mindscope team is very responsive, know their product well and are more than willing to customize for us. Their job posting interface works well.

I love the searching capabilities within Cura, and the easy web integration for posting open orders.

Also, there's a weird issue with responding to text messages to a candidate in Cura if the initial sent message from the candidate is over the allotted 160 characters.

Any queries or issues have been user / new system orientated and we have received whatever support has been required. Our consultants love the product and were delighted with the choice we made.

Very user friendly with all the bells and whistles, some of which I do not use for our organisation but I could see how it would be very beneficial to larger businesses.

The saving of resume views as it checks if someone is already in the system. The email integration is the best we have seen.

Technical Support is knowledgeable and responsive.

I am a small business, but they made me feel like I was their only customer. They have awesome customer and technical support; it's a great product and a great team.

The software is user friendly, and the training and support after have been fabulous. I have been very pleased with the entire company from the CEO to the Help Desk.

I'd highly recommend anyone that's interested to contact the team for a demo. It's a no-cost effort and it should be enough to get you convinced.

To top it all, it’s very reasonably priced. I feel we have paid for a VW and ended up with a Bentley.

The staff at CURA is very friendly, accessible, and helpful.

A quick look at a Recruiting Software website and who they want to make happy becomes apparent. MindSCOPE’ s customer support is outstanding, and has been accessible and has implemented suggestions.

It sent emails out to people we didn't wont to send emails too, causing complaints from people on the data base.

In summary, we are very happy with our decision to acquire CURA and looking forward to increasing our business using CURA to enable and support the growth.

The product is really easy to use, the support staff is really helpful and fast in finding solutions. This is a great product and has made our work a lot easier.

This is a very expensive product  to use as because of the people failing to follow through on their interviews. So we in the end up having to pay for dead leads.

The quick apply was amazing. I like that I can look at jobs and save them to apply later.

It is a large pool of resumes of the talented people looking for better opportunity and this large pool helps the recruiters to find the best suitable personnel.

I love that I can post my resume online and look for jobs that fit my skillset and I love  the employers can reach out to me when looking for potential candidates to fill positions.

Nothing really bad about the site in general, anything bad is mostly the job posted in terms of qualifications and salary.

The problem with the app is that it always redirects you to third-party sites when you click on the job, it ends up wasting time. Sometimes the error to apply.

Indeed offers a superb product at a great price.

Indeed is a good platform for both who are searching jobs and those who are searching for candidates. It is easy to use and its various functions and filters help in appropriate search.

It has minimalistic UI which is user friendly. It offers great features at very affordable price.

I am sometimes frustrated with being charged for applicants who click on the ad who aren't remotely qualified and then being charged for that.

The feature to schedule interviews/phone screens can sometimes be confusing to use. I have missed confirmations/replies from candidates and ended up reverting back  to regular email for scheduling.

The mode to alert to client or user, it's very very boring and it's the same all the time, don't have creativity.

I love how they help you create a resume and save it so that way it is easier for you me to look for jobs.

Indeed made it very easy to recruit management candidates for the business I managed. Free job postings made it very economical for widening my net to catch a group of great applicants to interview.

What I like the most about this site is that they give you leads and do follow-ups which is great because it makes it feel like the company is working for you.

Another good feature is they have coaches to help you if you don't feel like speaking is your strong suit or if you get nervous. They work with you so you can get that confidence.

Indeed is simple to use and very beneficial is you are looking to apply to a job. They know how to recommend great opportunities and pinpoint what you are interested in.

The resumes are not always updated and that can be very misleading. In addition there is resumes for those who are not in the market for a job.

Overall, the platform is user-friendly and the support staff have been very helpful. We are pretty satisfied overall.

I think the layout is confusing, it has a bad presentation and interface I just think there are a lot of other options that are ahead.
