Pros/Cons

Pros
I love this app! I like that it is extremely easy to use and the automation actually works and keeps running!
I love the ease of use with this product as well as the wonderful customer service I receive!

Cons
It's very good overall, but the software is a bit weak when it comes to migration. You will have to manually create/upload all your emails, automations, audiences, photos, templates, forms, etc
The design is very intuitive and easy to use, however the graphic design might be better.

Pros
Quality product for an awesome price! I would recommended this product to someone who wants a simple, easy to use system.
Lots of features and easy to use. I like the scheduler and drip message functions. They're customer service is excellent.

Cons
I can't say there are any cons. In the first year of using the product, it had it's limitations, but they've updated it and made more of the features user friendly.
The user site is clunky. It looks older , though functionality seems fine. Some setting are a bit burried.
