The only downside of the platform was the inability for employees to reply to messages.

Integration with payroll system was a little painful.

This is helping lead to great changes among our team.

We have been able to communicate key company announcements to the employees knowing the list is acuate. The engagement survey had great participation for an hourly workforce.

The software is super easy to use, even for those of us that are not super tech savvy.

There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

It's great to be able to access these benefits just with my Google account, it's free and safe.
