Pros/Cons

Pros
I like the simplicity of the product. It is very easy to use.
It works perfectly and is very easy to use too. No complaints at all

Cons
The outlook is a bit outdated. It looks fine, but it's simple and not very easy to personalize. I've also had some issues with formatting on a mobile device, but not always.
Everything was fine. No comments on this software!

This Box Office system is amazing, works perfectly, and support is first class.
they are very user friendly and we have always got positive remarks and cheers from our customers. Thanks to TS

Cons
I did find it hard to work out how to do a couple of things, but I phoned in for help and it was sorted out very quickly.
The only thing (as a charity) we don't like is that any donations also get a surcharge as it feels like a heavy penalty on people's generosity over and above what they pay for their ticket fee.
