Aerie is an amazing software. It's not just about the software but the people behind the scenes.

Some of the features that we would like to see are available but for an extra fee. With our limited budget that sometimes makes it difficult.

Making mails groups to send insted of entry one by one each mail. Mark authomatically as obsolete, versions of one document.

The continous improvement of access. When we think something is to hard to get to, the AH staff figures out a new easy button to help the software be more user friendly.

All features are very noble. It has easy tools to make document controls.

There are delays in opening / finding documents. BUt that seems to be life these days with more and more people being forced to work from home, home school or be on the internet.

We are currently planning 119 projects for the next 2 years-design/construct. The folks in Greenville are professional and customer focused and I appreciate thier patience.

The customer service is great. They will customize to your needs and help you with whatever issues are at hand.

They are truly customer-oriented while their competitors are not. I highly recommend their software as it will improve the quality of your life like it has done for me.

The software is easy to use and search. We have over two million square feet to manage for CMS compliance and this is easy to keep up to date.

I haven't found anything that I don't like but, if I did AerieHub would work with me to adjust it.

The software enables you to manage assets and control inventory with ease. Lastly, easy depreciation management and custom reports help you make well informed decisions.

It's a good tool to track assets and see who has what and if the asset is available.

This is a great asset management software, especially if you get adequate training.

It’s very easy to use and very simple to set up once you know what you’re doing. The customer service team are also very good and are happy to show you how to do something if you’re stuck.

I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.

It definitely makes my life easier and quicker and it allows me to do it at any time which is good. Also the email/response system is great and easy to help you keep track of what you have requested.

I love the customizable reports and asset tags. I also love the tie-in with my customer support ticket system.

Being able to track our devices and connect with our Active Directory made this an easy sell. I love the integration and the ease of tracking devices with the app and scanning.

This is helping us to replace an old asset tracking software. The transition has been pretty easy and support has been helpful.

Had some connectivity issues for a while. My company has two EZOffice instances in use so that can get confusing.

Once you delete an item you will loose the item number.

Ezoffice has cut our lost and stolen items down consideribly. We know who has what and when they will be returning it.

We were able to get our IT staff up and running with it easily and then integrate another team that helps monitor certain types of inventory.

Customer service is outstanding, their staff are always willing to make the time to give you the training, tips or any help you might need.

I believe the greatest benefit is the ability to track sentrilocks which cost a lot of money. When it works, its very helpful and tracking.

The program covers a lot of important functions that are not included in all asset tracking software on the market for a very affordable price.

We are having some trouble getting the mobile interface to do what we need. It tends to be unresponsive or difficult to navigate.

EZ Office Inventory is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. I appreciate that it's easy to have access to the inventory, as a user, and request specific items by loading them into a cart.

The simplicity of feeling like I'm shopping on Amazon while adding inventory to my current or reserved cart is a fantastic user friendly experience.

Collision between the app and website check out sometimes still have equipment booked on my name even when I checked in.

I have had a great experience with EZ Office inventory. It is super helpful for our company since our employees are remote and we are sending out a lot of equipment.

I love how easy it is to understand this software. Everythig is intuitive and the customer service reps answer calls in a timely manner.

Integration with ZenDesk, easy to use API, and full lifecycle management of assets.

The fixed asset module is a great supplement to the fixed asset tracking we have used in the past, and saves a good amount of time at the end of each month tracking down items.

My only negative is when I have connection issues with my service. I sometimes have to wait to log info.
