Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service with this company is really amazing. They are great at taking feedback and like to try to incorporate this into their product roadmap.

  • Good software in general easy to use when everything is working properly

  • Cons

  • There are issues from time to time with bad numbers. However, for the most part their customer service is quick to fix.

  • The reporting takes a little time to get the hang of, but once you've got it down - it isn't too bad.

  • Pros

  • I Love RingCentral Automatic Recording it is amazing. It automatically keeps the recordings that I make during my telephone calls.

  • I like the way the navigation tabs and sub-folders are arranged and labeled. Makes it easy for a first time user to read and navigate to the program without any confusion.

  • Cons

  • The color and the theme is my least favorite. But it doesn't affect it's functionality so it is just fine.

  • Additional money to be paid for the recording feature A bit expensive than the new competitors.
