Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software has great potential to do everything you need. We love the integrations and the IVR. The call quality is also great with no drop outs.

  • We're able to implement this software within minutes and it just works. The design is very intuitive for us as a team.

  • Cons

  • When importing the data, it was a little stuck. But the error was quickly fixed by the support.

  • the only downside right now is that i still have one number that hasnt transferred over from the other system so i am having to use two platforms. Other that that cloudtalk is great.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact it is easy to use, also gives me the chance to move forward or backward in the recordings

  • The ease of use. Great reliabity with little or no down time. Works great for work at home agents.

  • Cons

  • At the time, the non CRM user interface was a little dated but easy to use and reliable.

  • It is kind of hard to get installed, and I have to go into it a weird way every day because it doesn't play nice with my Java, but I'm used to the back way now so it still works well.
