Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use for the dashboard that allows me to keep track of my number of daily calls. This makes it easier to fill out my end of day reports for my supervisors.

  • I like everything that is easy to control that it costs little money

  • Cons

  • small outages, but not often, it was probably caused by the Internet

  • The software works well, I did not recognize any problems.

  • Pros

  • I love that it's so simple and easy to use. Not complicated at all. It's quick to set up and opens quickly.

  • i love how it's editable and you can add to it and it works perfectly even better than paid softwares that being offered from big competitors

  • Cons

  • While the reports are very informative ,they are hard to understand .I would also be very happy with a design update .

  • It can get expensive, as you pay for minutes. Customer support is pretty much non-existent. Overall, great for a start-up but not something you would want to use long term.
