Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use! Very use friendly. Great for visibility.

  • I love how easy it is to use, there was little to no training required to understand how to use it. It's really good at tracking hours/minutes rendered which is quite helpful in my line of work

  • Cons

  • The call quality is high but if you have headsets that aren't very good it can create issues with audio.

  • Sometimes calls are choppy due to it being over the internet. However, the flexibility of working form anywhere out ways that small occasional inconvenience.

  • Pros

  • Features are good, integration was simple, adding new users is easy. Very easy to use both in browser and phone. Support is great, what's not to like

  • The backend is very easy to set up with no complicated IVR phone trees. Porting a number over is also very easy.

  • Cons

  • The initial app had an easy when you have logged in on the web and the mobile app at the same time. But that is solved-

  • A veces se cuelga el aplicativo celular, pero igual se pueden atender las llamadas desde el Pc
