Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • They did and do exactly what they said they would, in the amount of time that they said they would do it and there were no hidden fees. The service is great. The quality rocks!

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate, never gives me any trouble.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • There are cheaper chat tools in the market but we prefer to use a higher quality service to ensure the best experience for our customers. It’s just better for everyone that way.

  • Pros

  • It is very user friendly. The window tiles are easily adjusted to your liking.

  • The system can text email and call with one click. Organizes the leads and brings them up for you to call however often you want.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it works slow and it hampers the productivity but it happens rarely

  • If there was one dislike it would be the slowness (at times) which was probably linked to updates that needed to be installed.
