  • Pros

  • Overall, RingCentral is outstanding. The price is affordable and I love the fact that there's no contract.
  • I really enjoy the clean lay out of the program, it just looks visually appealing while using. Especially the screen that pops up with nice large blue buttons.
  • We utilize Salesforce heavily and the ease of use RingCentral provides with SF is wonderful. Highly Recommend the product if you are looking for a new VoIP provider.
  • Cons

  • I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.
  • These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.
  • There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.

  • I like the ease of use and honestly the customer service is great. The timing of responses is excellent and they’ve always been stable to help me.
  • The customer service is outstanding. I love being able to hop in chat and have my issue resolved in minutes.
  • Overall, I think it's a pretty good service. I do really appreciate that they added the ability to change registration times as not having that was going to be a deal-breaker for us.
  • Cons

  • Being charged in USD when I am Canadian and the company is Canadian. I understand why this happens, but it still is upsetting to pay more for the service due to dollar difference.
  • I've had some issues where I provision a new DID and it turns out that DID is no longer hosted at VoIP.ms, so I wasted a few hours trying to understand what was going on. It happened a few times.
  • Lack of french interface which make it difficult for some of my customers.
