Very smooth transition from one system to the other. Training was great and the customer service has been wonderful.

We switched to CommunityPass in the fall of 2014 after 10 years with ActiveNet. Our department enjoys this system and the responsive from their team to any new ideas or input we have.

Redundant unnecessary pages need to be completed for each registration, a big problem on busy registration days. Frequent locking up and freezing.

The program is very user friendly from both the admin and public side. From an admin's standpoint, whenever I have a question, customer service is very prompt and friendly in helping me out.

The customer service provided is excellent. We recommend this service highly.

The thing I like most about the company is that they take your suggestions to make the product even better and implement them. We have been extremely happy with our move to CommunityPass.

Community Pass staff have always been easy to work with. The software is great for recreation.

The ease of turning rosters into spreadsheets; easy access for sending messages; Ease of use for the public.

Easy interface, organizes necessary reports and finances, support is always helpful, they are always making improvements to the software.

That is always going to be the most difficult part when changing from one system to another though.

I am sure parents are going to love not coming into my office to register their children for camp. Accuracy of registering  along with  reports & money management will be a great time saver.

Parents love that they can access their account at any time, from anywhere (thanks to the cloud) and see what they are registered for and have paid.

Setting up new seasons has been difficult for us.

The process for refunds is very complicated, and it causes problems for our customers. It is also difficult to create exceptions and make special rules for events.

The ease of use is a definite pro. Being able to separate revenue by individual sports is a great feature.

One thing I dislike about the software is that you are unable to send just a text message. It only allows you to send an email and a text message to all the families.

Some of the character limits are not long enough. It is very difficult to preview your work.

Overall, we are very happy with our use of the system and how it has helped us become more efficient and customer friendly.

Understand and use and that it has everything included from daily dairies to photos. I find it easy to use which is great as I’m not very good with technology.

Our service users love this and love how easy it is to get instant updates on their child without having to call. A quick message between parents and keyworkers is all it takes.

The only downside is that parents need an email address to register. We only have one parent this affects.

I can't fault the support from FAMLY when we have any problems.

Also messages - its annoying that they disappear when you dont send them instantly - they should remain in drafts like the news feed function.

The ease of use, we also pay for the staff attendance so feel we use Famly fully, making it worth the money.

Overall this is a great tool for saving time for nursery managers and teams and is loved by all our parents and staff.

Famly is great and a very helpful team behind the software. If they can't help you they will try everything to find an answer or solve the issue.

Difficult to answer this as the things I don't like is the forecast. However I have not explored this and how it works so not sure I am set up correctly.

With FAMLY it is fast, easy to use and seems to flow well. We now use the child development side too and have loved the simplicity and ease of reporting with this.

Easy to use - staff are all very happy with famly, much better than paper observations. Parent friendly - parents all love the system and being able to see their little ones and what they are up to.

Love the app great to see what my twins have been up to and can encourage them to talk about what they have done that day. Also the accident notification is good.

I like being able to create lists so easily. During the Covid pandemic the team at Famly have provided us with some lovely articles and interviews that have fed some of our decision making.

There is no 'out of office' for staff (messaging). Documents section only accessible to staff.

Sibling accounts could be connected so that addresses etc are one imputted once. Some problems with setting up bill payer when there are siblings.

Communication between the staff and managers has been great, uploading documents to read, adding events to a shared calendar.
