Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love how easy it is to get things rolling, and honestly for the price, it's a great deal!

  • Easy to use, good interface...the help from technical support is always fast and they are really quick to reply whenever we have issues or problems

  • Cons

  • Adding a new feature can be difficult at times. I have to request access to specific features but customer support is very quick to respond.

  • It was difficult to pull the trigger on the monthly cost of the app, but we have seen the benefit just in increased online giving alone

  • Pros

  • Easy of use, great customer support, very user friendly

  • I loved how easy it is to use and how flawless the transition was to switch from CCB to Churchteams. Customer Service was outstanding and worked with me on whatever I needed.

  • Cons

  • The email editor is a bit clunky but I completely understand the joy of building that from scratch and they are staying on top of it.

  • Help information could be a little better organized but this it totally offset by how quickly questions to the support team get answered.
