  • Pros

  • Very easy to use, amazing help section, and the support and customer services provided with it is fantastic. Also it's the best price per month we found.
  • I love the simplicity of creating forms and collecting payment for events. Breeze is consistently adding to their product, and they do a good job of informing you and supporting you.
  • The member management, check-in, and donation management features are great, and the online access is key. Also their customer support and crowd-sourced solutions are awesome.
  • Cons

  • The one problem is that some people do not receive the emails from the church - either they get stuck in spam or promotional folders.
  • There is still a problem when people pay their pledges outside the pledge year. I have to alter the dates to make them apply to the correct pledge year.
  • So far, I have yet to be disappointed. I suppose it my happen in the future, but not yet.

  • Great reports, corrections made easy, very relevant to church's needs, love the Payroll module, budgeting is very helpful, it's very comprehensive - love that it fits all my church's needs.
  • The thing we have been most impressed with is the Customer Support we receive. They are very responsive and they always go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the product and support.
  • They listen to their customers and try to improve. I think it is pretty user friendly and their training seminars/webinars are excellent.
  • Cons

  • The newest membership update created a problem with several families having one person whose information is lost and it is not allowing the information to be re-entered.
  • When I miss a step it becomes very frustrating to finish a task and then find where my mistake was made.
  • The only bad part is, if you don't know how to use it. It does take a second or two to get use to using.
