If Churchtrac could up grade this part of their program we could drop one more program we pay for.

It is pretty easy to use and was most cost effective software that is geared for churches.

The support is absolutely great. The canned reports are great, but the ability to customize reports is a plus.

Its been quite satisfactory. When we have needed it, support has been quite brisk and responsive.

Integration was very easy. I did a data dump of my old program in ShelbyNext and sent the file to customer service at ChurchTrac and they took care of uploading it into ChurchTrac for me.

Most of my challenges I had/have with using ChurchTrac are due to my lack of knowledge on accounting.

The only negative is that some of the features can sometimes be difficult for some people to understand how to use them.

The formatting of e-mails, especially with images, is limited.

Ability to send and track mass emails. Great for organizing church members.

So glad someone recommended TouchPoint to us. It is the best option we found and the pricing is VERY reasonable.

What I like most about this software is how it's connecting members together to better serve God's people.

It is hard for me to think of something I dislike about TouchPoint. Just being nit-picky, I wish there was an option to enter birthdays without a year.

We are disappointed with the functionality for child check in and overall usability. It seems to be old technology with outdated interfaces.

I am disappointed that I cannot set up a communication plan for members and guests. The search  building feature seems a bit awkward.

It's user interface is so tough to learn, the customer service is horrible, and it is absolutely not worth the money.

Programs used for online giving and background checks. They misrepresented themselves and there are better options available, but Toychpoint requires we use the bad companies.
