Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and the program has a lot of features. It gets the job done. I love that I can get support from a real person and they are always so pleasant.

  • I love the ease of this software. Our church has been using Servant Keeper since version 6. We love the customer service and the Help desk is wonderful and always pleasant and willing to help.

  • Cons

  • The only negative is that it is not as broad and diverse as other programs but for smaller churches, well worth the investment.

  • I like the software, but it took me actually talking over the steps with someone to have a full understanding.

  • Pros

  • The product has great training tools. The customer service is excellent. I agree wholeheartedly with the concept, everyone has their cell phone all the time.

  • It is easy to use, quick to set up and lets us focus on relationships rather than administration.

  • Cons

  • We used this as a trial and it seemed to work well. Was difficult and that is why we were not able to stick with it--and we had limited funding.

  • It's a newer software so they're still working out kinks. We would prefer that there's more features on their contact form.
