- I have been using this for over 4 years now and its been the best tool I have. If I have an issue they get back to me really quickly and fix the issues in a timely manner.
- This program fits well in our business. There are a few options that could be reworded to fit our needs, but we have been able to work around most.
Cons
- At times the updates causes in house tem members pain. Not all users get notified that updates will be happening or have occurred.
- The major con about the software is that even if you want to have something deleted from the system the request is always denied.
Pros
- Integration with Zendesk. Easy to import data for assets.
- The software enables you to manage assets and control inventory with ease. Lastly, easy depreciation management and custom reports help you make well informed decisions.
Cons
- I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.
- Had some connectivity issues for a while. My company has two EZOffice instances in use so that can get confusing.
