Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use and the outstanding customer service

  • I appreciate the new user interface and it's useful functions

  • Cons

  • The only thing that can seem confusing is the reporting with this system. If you do not know how to work it, it can take a lot of time and training to get this down.

  • There were a few glitches with customer service needs as we were switching over from a previous system. These were pointed out and have been corrected.

  • Pros

  • I like the fact the Hippo was very easy to learn and is user friendly. the customer service is outstanding.

  • The ease of use - very user friendly - tutorials are excellent. I also LOVE how the HIPPO logo celebrates the holidays!

  • Cons

  • If i have to manufacture a negative, it would be getting used to the navigation. Once you get it though it is pretty easy.

  • The assigning parts to equipment could be better organized. It's not a dislike, it's more of a wish. I wish there was a better (hierarchy) way to organize the parts in the parts data base.
