  • Pros

  • Overall, my experience has been very good. Customer service is quite good and they really do work to make the customer happy.
  • I tried the free trial of MA and was instantly impressed, it just works! and is very easy to use. I moved onto the cost effective paid version and have been impressed with it so far.
  • Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.
  • Cons

  • I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.
  • Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.
  • They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.

  • Fullbay is so easy to use and has great functions. From the service desk to the technicians on the floor this is a great product to track efficiencies and to communicate with your customer base.
  • The customers like the accuracy and immediate billing we can provide. Any outstanding bills can be easily reviewed and followed up on.
  • When I call for support I never have to wait and everyone I have spoke with is really knowledgeable with the product. Everyone at Fullbay is always helpful and always try there best to help out.
  • Cons

  • The only complaint that I have about the software is that it only migrates information to Quick books.
  • Customer service is worthless. They will answer the phone, but can rarely assist with any issues.
  • Receiving parts is difficult. Ordering parts through the system is a nightmare, the email look like a phising scam, and you have to call to verify they received the email.
