No incentive was offered I've worked with Flowpath for years at this point and the organization I deployed the software at grew along with them. The single most important thing in any deployment of tech is how well the company I'm buying from helps me get it deployed and works with the inevitable issues that come up. Flowpath and specifically [sensitive content hidden] have gone above and beyond to help me with any issues that come up. Obviously, as they grow, it won't always be possible to have a direct line to the owners of the company, but when it really counts, I've had both of them show up in big ways to make sure our implementation went well and I think that shows their commitment to their customers success now and in the future regardless of if they will be able to personally see to issues that arise or if their team needs to be the ones on troubleshooting. There should be a way to sync vendor info in COUPA and link it in the background. Coming from another CMMS platform there is a lot less clicking and screens to navigate and for us that is a better fit. #### Cons For us we are basically asking for the software to be a dispatching software as well as a CMMS platform. So there is a little lack of function in that area. I don’t think that is a negative for the software but more how we need/want to use it. #### Reasons for choosing FlowPath Really for us it was the access to the team and the willingness to customize it slightly to fit our needs. #### Reasons for switching to FlowPath Emaint was ok.
