  • Pros

  • The ability to track tools and equipment, being able to have different time tables for reminders of due dates, and the wide range of information that can be associated with tools we use.
  • The dashboard is a good tool for quick access. Linking vendor certs is useful.
  • Cons

  • I have had support that was so difficult to bear it was almost comical, calls which would require no editing for SNL and would have been plots for Seinfeld.
  • The problem we are seeing is that the software seems to be from the perspective of a large company that may have a small cal shop and mostly send thing out for calibration.

  • Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.
  • It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).
  • Cons

  • What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.
  • The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.
