  • Pros

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.

  • They have provided significant hands-on support and technical guidance through our first six months using the software.
  • Other then this i would also like to mention that this software is very easy and user friendly in all context also there customer services is very cooperative and takes prompt actions.
  • Cons

  • Meaning, if you make a mistake entering an item or constructing a cal procedure and/or worksheet, there is no going back, which numerically speaking is a bit of a nightmare.
  • This is likely due to our lack of experience with database software solutions, but it has caused the most frustration during the onboarding process.
