Pros
- Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
- I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
Cons
- No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
- Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
Pros
- Ease of transfer of goods from anywhere. Easy maintenance of asset register.
- Initially, the customer service was what sold me on the product. SENSITIVE CONTENT] answered all my questions with patience and care (and there were a lot of questions).
Cons
- Hard to get used to as it is confusing to use at first.
- The hardest thing about the software were a few system errors that I encountered early on. I also ran across a couple of things that we wanted to see implemented.
