Pros
- The work order request feature has truly streamlined out abilities as a team. We have great communication with our requesters, increased our completion speed, and provide better customer service now.
- This is a wonderful and useful program for any corporation and I would highly recommend it.
- It was very easy to move all my equipment and assets over. They offer amazing flexibility in the ways that you can set up your work orders.
Cons
- There are not many, if any negative thoughts I have for this app.
- Sometimes when i start a problem report the page flips before I finish it.
- Notifications And annoying popping up every 2 seconds.
Pros
- Great product for getting analytics. The company is very responsive and has a great customer support.
- The Service Channel team is always trying to innovate the software by adding new functions or improving on existing, this is a big win to me as well.
- Now it clear and consistent and easy to review. Asset Tracking: We have heavily used the asset tracking abilities of Service Channel for the past 2 years.
Cons
- This is absolutely not intuitive at all. Requiring mandatory training of vendors without paying for their time is illegal.
- Spoken to and exchanged e-mails with multiple reps over several months and finally decided to cut my losses, discontinue using the platform, and to never return.
- I can navigate throughout most of the site, until I use "locations. At times, I receive the annoying "not authorized" notification.
