Pros/Cons
Pros
- The Report menu and the ability to create/edit reports to fit everyone's needs was very good. The menus were very functional, they were easy and quick to move through.
- I have found Mapcon user friendly, easy to work with and most impressive is their staff who are always ready to assist. Thank you Brock, Ethan and Cory).
- I find it to be a good system and the customer support has been great every time I have contacted them. Thanks again for the support.
Cons
- Reports can be confusing to navigate what you are looking for.
- Our current software is very outdated, as it is almost impossible to access from off site. It is very costly to upgrade to the newer web based version.
- You can not type in fields, you have to use the drop down key.
Pros
- This program has been designed to be very user friendly, the staff all love the options and how quick they can submit a work order. Tracking of the progress is also a great feature.
- My job has a lot to do with work orders so to have a easy to use software is great. The mobile features are also amazing.
- Love the functionality and ability to check in on multiple projects/buildings. The software has proven to be a stable platform.
Cons
- Sometimes emails would get lost in an inbox or forgotten. Now with Tikkit, we are able to keep our work order system more organized and assignments and accountability more defined.
- I think it is still a little limited on some of the options.
- I wish you could drag and drop an image into the work order for time saving purposes, rather than searching on the computer/desktop for the image and attaching it that way.
