User friendly, easy to understand the systems, and excellent tech support.

This makes it fairly hard to track  and troubleshoot (in case there was a mistake and multiple PM for the same task was made).

Works well as a basic tool or you can get into scanners and inventory management all with this software. Easy reporting Easy to create a PM schedule.

This software is super simple to use and navigate. Very easy to show older guys that aren't computer savy how to use this software and understand.

This was previously kept on a paper record. The switch has improved how promptly things  get calibrated helping to ensure a correct final product.

THE NAME!!! It's a mouthful and hard to refer to in conversation.

Comma's are not allowed in text; this is a bothersome.

It is not without issues such as special characters sometimes refusing to print or worse failing to print anything after they are encountered.

There are some bugs in the app that are sometimes hard to navigate.

Feels somewhat like endless possibilities to customize a work space for your team. Nice to have all the information all in one placed, and will hopefully help with team communication.

I think Coast is a great alternative to Slack and works well for most of what it tries to do. They listen to most feedback and have robust support.

Great how easy it is for my employees and currents takes care of all my needs.

The notifications and reminders are the best part of this software.

Customer service can be poor/slow but no huge problems.

When the new schedule comes out i can never be able to see it through the app only on my email but this may just be a mistake of the person sending the file.

We get notified when the new schedule comes out which is biweekly. It is also easy to fill out the request form for which days we would like off.
