You can add tags or customized information to each document to better find it later. It has work flow built in that you customize yourself.

I like that I no longer have tons of paper to shuffle and file. Finding what I need is so quick & easy.

And the easy of use and set up make that impact so easy to expand out to other areas of our business.

The searching functionality could be better explained to average users. Sometimes the pages don't come in the right way and doesn't flip properly so that's frustrating.

The support for the product is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible.

This software is so strait forward and easy to customize I have not see anything like it. All my users say its easy to use and they trust it because it works.

Not much but the PC screen capture function wont work if your fonts are too small. Had issues with Epicor P21's fonts being hard for it to read.

Some of our users may get confused as to where to file a document so that makes finding things a little challenging sometimes.

Net software is very easy to use both in storing and retrieving of documents. There is rarely (if any) downtime and if you do hit any issues the support staff are a delight to work with.

Liked most the scanning software for scanning files fo e-filling and it can manage thousands and thousands of files. Searching for information is just a click of button and its very easy to use.

And it's great that it is free to use. I like to use it on my iPad as well with my apple pen because it really works like a sticky note, and you can change colors which is a bonus.

Rememeber, it is an electronic library - so whenever you change, add, delete or even delay something, your boss will know it.

I like to be able to add different Excel files, admitting the load of these quickly, has different tools for its usefulness. Good for document organization.

FileHold Enterprise is a document management solution that helps large organizations to transition to a paperless work environment. FileHold can be installed on premise or on a secure private or public cloud.


Features include multi levels of security, user audit trails, forms processing, e-signature, full text search, document scanning and optical character recognition (OCR). Alerts and reminders are generated for document-related events such as contract renewals, overdue workflows and records scheduled for archival and deletion.


The workflow feature moves electronic documents through review and approval processes, which are tracked by reporting tools. Workflows can be generated by any user, or generated automatically when a document is added to the library. FileHold Courier allows anyone with an email address to receive and approve documents from FileHold.
