I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.

The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.

It has a Google Docs integration which is perfect when you share too many documents. I like that you can edit online and the 15g of free storage.

It's perfect for storing your files, I own a business and I'm also a Web Developer so keeping my files in a secure place where I can access them anytime and from anywhere is very important.

Overall this is an excellent product with great customer service.

Super easy to use and pretty easy to organize. Thumbnails give a big clear preview of the file which is  helpful as well.

I love the user friendliness of it and the accessibility it gives to our team. The Google Spreadsheets is a lifesaver.

Is that its easy to use with other google app. Its offer good customer service and it offer the most storage space unlike other app.

Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.

It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.

Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

What I like the most is the ability to share documents easy and fast across computers/users. I'm able to collaborate with ease and at a fantastic price.

Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.

Google Drive is an amazing product. It is very amazing to have all of your files in the cloud and the fact that you can access all of them just by logging onto your computer is awesome.

It is easy to use, even for our more technically challenged users. It's interface is simple and clean, while not losing any functionality.

How documents are returned and viewable also makes for more efficient claims evaluation. ViewCenter is easy to navigate and use, making it a beneficial and effective tool for the end user.

Installation too complicated. Anti virus software constantly barks at it.

I like the iCapture app that allows upload of already created PDF documents. This allows for remote use instead of the old dedicated scanner for uploading documents.

It's been a bit tricky to set up bulk imports, but it should work out.

ViewCenter is a very good document management software that is very easy to integrate into existing systems. The iCapture app makes it easy to upload existing PDF files.

I like the fact that the repair records history goes back over ten years.

Easy to use and very efficient-easy to pull the data that you are looking for.

I don't like that the service goes down occasionally.

This software has been easy to set up and maintain, and the customer support to resolve our problems that have occurred has been great.

ViewCenter is currently integrated with our line of business Claims System and provides the ICA with robust document management capabilities while being easy to use and administer.

ICM Document Solutions, the ViewCenter creator, can also establish methods to import data into ViewCenter to minimize record indexing effort and cost.

The whole storage situation is  Ideal. Putting stuff on the scanner is very easy.

I love using ViewCenter for our business needs and look forward to learning more about the system in the future.

I did not participate in the integration of this software so I'm not sure how else we could potentially use it.

What I like most about this software is the ability to scan and index information for ease of use for others.
