The only problem I have is when updating the version and the pages tend to have problems of accommodation.

It does create good websites, with pretty much good features and integration among objects, which facilitates structuring and maintaining.

The templates are amazing and just like all of wordpress very user friendly you dont have to know how to code to use wordpress.

The dashboard and preview ability is nice. The theme changes are pretty simple to navigate as you see what works best.

Wordpress has an impressive amount of integrations with other products. For example, we use the Yoast SEO plugin, which is awesome.

I love that this software has layouts for you to choose from and different styles for any kind of blog. I use my blog mostly as a recipe index for myself and it has been awesome.

Sometimes, it can be  very difficult to figure out how to do something.

I don't like how hard it is to organize files, and it is annoying that it autorides saving of every file.

I love that I can save e-mails directly from outlook into Worldox. I also like that I can create multiple matters in file.

My overall experience has been a resoundingly positive one, and I would recommend Worldox over ATO or any other document storage software to law firms seeking a better platform worth the investment.

The software is unstable. We have been experiencing frequent crashes, inability to save documents, and the inability to attach to an email.

My favorite aspect / feature of Worldox is the built-in features you can add to other programs, such as Microsoft Word.

I love the easy file storage system and document identification feature. I like how the favorite file features is set up and the easy it is to copy and move files.

How easy it is to use and how much time it saves. It's a great software for people who have to use templates or form letters.

I enjoy the ease of pulling up any document I need and working on it and then putting it back and others can see my changes immediately.

Sometimes it crashes or updates the files at the end of the delay causing interruptions in your work.

I've been using it for over a year now on a daily basis and still do not know all of the functionalities. There seem to be several different ways to access the same thing, which can be confusing.

Further - there is no uninstall protocol, years after cancelling and terminating and removing from your network, you will still have Worldox linked to your system.

System is a bit complicated to administer but they have a fantastic help desk that is usually very quick to respond and is able to fix the issues on the first call, more times than not.

This is an easy to use product and helps organize all of our company's files. It makes file management easy as you can search for documents within the software.

It keeps each case separate and allows for the differentiation of matters to also be distinguished among client files. Another feature I love is the Project option within a client matter.

It has also done a great job of continuing to provide timely updates that enhance the user experience.

Not many issues we found. Seemed to integrate well with few problems and employees caught on quickly.

It can be a bit confusing when you first begin. It's not a jump in type of program.

The indexer gets stuck on a regular basis and we have to have IT reset it.

Great options for filing and fantastic tech support.

The indexer isn't always perfect and sometimes will crash without warning causing search issues, however simply restarting it makes it work.
