We find e-mail tracking a very useful feature (tracking proposals / invoices) and communication with clients and the integration with G Suite was a plus. Implementation was easy.

The strengths of Gmelius include the ability to integrate with Gmail, have access to templates at the click of a button, and having emails that I send pop back into my inbox at a specific time.

Very useful and easy to deploy. Very worth your while to streamline inbox management.

Some of the features are confusing and frustrating. Sometimes when I am working on a campaign, it won't let me send it because of some unknown error and I have to redo the whole thing.

I have a pretty extensive automated flow that I had in mind and it works perfectly.

My major frustration is the aggregation of email read notifications. If, while you have been away from your computer, and return you get each notification one after the other.

They also seem to be adding new features and improving regularly. I particular like the email drip function which is widely applicable when combined with templates.

It's not their fault but sometimes some new addons that you want to have in your chrome, crash or make conflits. But it's the same for everyone.

Revamps Gmail UI, making it much more powerful. Mail tracking is reliable.

There are some extra steps that you need to take when things aren't showing up, that's a bit annoying, but nothing I can't work around.

Great features and great value for money. Other similar tools only have half the features but cost the same.

Now and then you have to re-authorize the chrome add-on and that can be a little annoying, but is a small thing.

It's hard to find out there without paying out the you know what. They do a great job making the features powerful and keeping the price low.

What I like the most is the templates that integrate with Gmail when composing an email.

There are some lag to use on low network band.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
