Pros/Cons

Pros
It is extremely easy to use. They have great customer service and even customize some of the features for you.
I love the way BambooHR looks! It's visually very appealing and easy to naviagte throughout the processes.

Cons
The simplicity of the software program is a plus and a minus. It makes it very easy to learn but I do wish it had more customization features and functions.
- Expensive, but worth it - Benefits administration could have more functionality - No benefits data in the mobile app

I am not very much into all this, but have an agency to help. But I like the support and assistance from Legal Monster

Cons
Our users are a bit more informal than the usual online user - thus the copy had to be changed a bit - but Legalmonster was quick to adjust to this as well.
Initially it wasn't possible to remove/customize their icon, but that has been fixed now.
