The product itself is brilliant and will save a heap of time when pricing jobs. The plans look really professional.

Smart guide has been a great addition - and it's great being able to create new symbols as required and the support is FANTASTIC.

Groundplan is the best from solution to customer service.

Scale tool, integration with simpro. The ability to layer up into cost centres.

Scale the drawings, and do take-offs for cable, tray and conduits. Easily outsource the take-off and see what has been allowed for and if anything is missing.

The team at ground plan are lovely to deal with and the customer support is brilliant.

The development team add features to make our quoting experience pleasant and the  team should be proud of their product.

The Take off lists and Intergration are amazing.

We do electrical layouts - great to be able to provide nice.

Also really great for our Council documentation e.g. As Builts where you have to plot work on an empty site plan (where the rubber tool comes in handy).

The ease of counting and measuring and particularly the rubber tool to clean up plans.

Easy to navigate, great customer service and third party integration with Simpro.

Fantastic- Used for a long time. I would say im an active promoter.

Ability to integrate to our other business system. Well priced, with concurrent licencing model available.

Inability to fully integrate with Smartbiz software.

I haven't found anything I don't like about the program - if I get stuck on trying to find something the team is only a message or zoom call away.

It's got the balance right between being easy to use but having the features needed. Supports multiple file formats and integrates with simPRO AND it's cloud-based.

Nothing comes to mind about things I dislike about Groundplan.

Help tab is also very helpful as it has all the information the user will need. The Ground plan team are always ready to help when you need them too.

Just the user friendly aspects of the whole software. Very easy to learn and pick up on how to use it from the get go.

Slightly difficult to manipulate symbols etcPlan preview could be biggerMan hours to enter individual symbols with no auto shuffle button for symbols.

Colour-coding of measurements with a stage would be another. Could simply be that no other users ask for this stuff :D.

We look more professional going to site meetings with the plans already done up and very clear to read. The program itself is amazing and very easy to use which is just what everyone needs.

Integration with SIMPRO is fantastic. Being able to do take offs and not miss anything is worth the money alone.

The Take-off abilities are efficient, templated and save time and energy. Initial set-up is easy and you are away.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
