Customer support is second to none with a monthly support contract, any issues are quickly resolved over the phone and via team-viewer.

We like the ease of quoting jobs from price lists, easy to print job sheets and delivery notes, quick to send emails and marketing tab.

Lack of basic advise and support with set up/configuration post install. Poor communication from sales on road map.

I find it easy to use and when I have any problems then the support staff are helpful and get it sorted quickly for me.

When a stock item goes up in price it doesn't automatically do anything about your sub-assembly price. I might be wrong but I find this to be the only thing I don't like.

The really great thing about Clarity is that is modular so you can grow the system as your needs grow.

My least favourite aspect is that Touch Systems keep adding more and more features without fixing fundamental problems. This is very frustrating and counter productive.

Fairly straight-forward interface with easy on the eye graphics. As logical as most transaction software systems.

It saves time, and has dramatically improved the performance and daily running of our organisation. It has endless helpful features and is regularly being updated.

I like the fact it is very user friendly with many options for various degrees of quoting and running production, I also like the sales projection and look back studies.

Once through to the right person, the staff are attentive and extremely helpful. In my experience, the most responsive were the technical team with the training and query support.

Don't like the use of 0845 customer service number couple with long wait times (& therefore extortionate costs for mobile users).

The support team are excellent and open to development suggestions at all times if there isn't an instant fix. I don't believe you will get such opportunities with some other platforms.

We were so frustrated initially that we wanted to get a refund back but we stuck with them. The mapping wasn’t working and dynamic items used for production weren’t created on the fly.

Just went live and so far we love it, really expanded our capabilities in more than just order entry.

Ease of setup and configuration, it's not perfect but easiest I've ever used. Rules and formulas are very robust giving you more than one way to solve a problem.

UI (very limited capabilities to customize). No API (integration with other systems is critical).

Everything is so easy once it’s setup properly. Now I have to be honest that there are some bugs here and there and hopefully it can be fixed asap.

Lack of native version control and collaborative features for modelers (at least in older versions). Lack of native quality of life features when writing formulas.

We had nothing before, so this is better than excel sheets.

Implementation was horrid. Restrictive in the capability of filtering categories to select options.

Assists on CRM to a great degree and is very user friendly. I like how I can create same rules to apply to majority or minority of options.

You can configure anything you want using the design center with minimal knowledge about codings. You need to know how series, models, properties, formula and rules work.

It also has logic very similar to Excel for building formulas, so if you understand Excel formulas it's easy to pick up.

Complete control over the UI design. The ability to deploy to different environments in a lightweight fashion.

We have certainly had many performance issues. Some of the error logging/reporting is not quite usable for average modelers.

Good Customer Support and Easy-to-learn Excel Logic.

It solved a need in a way that permitted much customization and it integrated with MS 365 which we were already using.

Overall it's more of a problem with how everything was set up instead of a problem with the software, but it has been a pain point.

Overall it seems to be so customizable that is is very capable to meet diverse customer needs. Because of that, it is easy to end up with a very convoluted or complex instance in Design Center.

The time out issues are bad, the quoting approvals take longer than they should and making changes to quotes are very difficult.

Integrations with Dynamics 365 are excellent, even with custom fields. Customer service from Experlogix has been top notch.

I have faced the problem of circular reference in formulas while migrating from SAP to this tool. Also, multiple IFs which overwrite the value cannot be used, which instead needs to be nested.
