Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Of the previously used numerous platforms, amoCRM is one of the simplest of them. It has a nice design and extensive integration with a significant number of other tools.

  • I adore amoCRM for its minimalist design and ease of management. All sections have a filter and a convenient task list, and for analytics, you can create sales funnel reports and summary reports.

  • Cons

  • In amoCRM it would be nice to add tools for grouping tasks and creating subtasks. Now it can be done with the help of tags, but it would be more convenient to use the built-in tool.

  • Though amoCRM looks good and easy to use, one of the main problem is that the lead scoring is not flexible but leaving that aside it is a pretty decent product.

  • Pros

  • I love the organization of the dms, especially the reports and dashboards. The mobile app is also great!

  • Very easy to navigate it is quick and easy at the click of a mouse. The tools are amazing. I like the form selection and easy to use,

  • Cons

  • Everything is fine the only thing I would say is that it is a little expensive.

  • I wish the DC mobile was fast, it moves a little slow but its still a great product
