Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great customer service and uncomplicated CRM with features that truly make an impact to every day sales performance.

  • I really like the ease of use and graphical interface. I also love that I'm able to dial straight from the platform and the templating system is fairly easy to use as well.

  • Cons

  • Although it's packed with value, it's still pricey compared to competitors. However, if you can do it, I still recommend it.

  • The desktop app is where it's all at, but I would appreciate a more fine-tuned web and mobile app considering what we pay and what other services offer.

  • Pros

  • Love this CRM due to the fact it is so easy to use. The training really is self explanatory and I LOVE the reports it can run.

  • Very Easy to use. It can fill almost every need we need

  • Cons

  • Some of the features are a little generic and could be a little more updated with the times. Overall it is a good product.

  • Not the prettiest software to look at but gets the job done.
