  • Pros

  • Moreover the idea of "support team" is amazing this is what I love the most about freshdesk.
  • Very useful for customer service agents. With the help of Freshdesk, I was able to offer great customer service to the clients who gave us good company ratings.
  • The ability to sync, manage & assign tickets with ease. Has been a fan of there mobile app and the notifications that helps me keep a track of tickets on the go.
  • Cons

  • We did not use any software before and we constantly got lost e-mails or forgotten requests because they were all handled through e-mail.
  • With their continued lack of responsiveness we cancelled our account after using the service for about a year.
  • The support and contact system for Freshworks/Freshdesk is as bad as it gets.

  • But for B2B, it has rocked my world, I am very happy with the product, the team, and the company. The cost is very reasonable, and the value is excellent.
  • Team Support has been a great partner with ProfitSword. They have allowed us to better manage our ticketing system and now with Team Success our client relationship management.
  • Team Support is excellent when it comes to keeping track of tickets and responding timely to customers. Their support team has been fabulous as well.

  • Despite that, there are the odd instances of slowness or degraded performance.
  • The poor performance of the searching feature: From my personal experience, I had difficulties to find particular tickets to support customers.
  • I often have trouble locating previous tickets using the search feature.
