  • Pros

  • We use the Google Suite for EVERYTHING and I love that this product integrates into Gmail. It makes onboarding a breeze and offers everything we need within the tool we use most.
  • Hiver has been a great addition to our team, especially with client-facing emails. Hiver is easy to use and makes it simple to check on tasks/communication between team members and clients.
  • Cons

  • When we called Hiver's India-based support team, they were loudy making obvious, derogotary remarks about our being female and unable to understand their tool - calling us 'Dumb Blondes.
  • Inability to mark notifications as unread, however this is an upcoming feature.

  • The product is easy to use and our integration with the product was quite easy.

  • Server issues most of the time. May loose the lead activities.
  • Sometimes due to server issues call recordings are not available which causes difficulties in tracking and follow up.
