Pros
- This tool allows you to manage hundreds of mails weekly without losing the overview. It integrates smoothly with G Suite, so are you already comfortable with Gmail, then you cannot miss Hiver.
- We use the Google Suite for EVERYTHING and I love that this product integrates into Gmail. It makes onboarding a breeze and offers everything we need within the tool we use most.
Cons
- When we called Hiver's India-based support team, they were loudy making obvious, derogotary remarks about our being female and unable to understand their tool - calling us 'Dumb Blondes.
- Inability to mark notifications as unread, however this is an upcoming feature.
Pros
- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
