Pros/Cons
Pros
- I think it depends on the user. It was relatively affordable so good for someone who likes something that has the functions and that's relatively inexpensive.
- Easy to use, tons of features, great messages to send to clients, amazing drip campaigns, AMAZING setup service.
- I find the system is absolutely amazing for nurturing leads and staying in touch with past clients. The keep in touch coach is fantastic.
Cons
- Does not include contacts/prospects who we "lost" and the reasons we "lost" those clients (lost to competition, decided not to buy, etc.). I received a referral from a client spouse.
- You must individually remove each month for each client - OMG. Their online tutorials are limited and feeble.
- It does not integrate with zipforms. No closing transaction piece.
Pros
- I like that it has all the features you need to track and keep a tab on your business, while having the ability to personalize key features. The customer support from day 1 is the best, hands down.
- The upfront Qualifying and Profiling of your needs is critical in providing the right solution for your biz. The ability to customize fields and create your specific template is awesome.
- And the customer service is outstanding. We contact them with a change or needing to get something new out of the program and they are very willing to help and quickly get back to me.
Cons
- It doesn't integrate with our Health Information System, although they've tried very hard to get that done.
- One of the shining lights in the murky CRM industry. Cons: This must be a trick question.
- We work with many vendors and no one exceeds the customer service level of the folks at SalesNOW.
