As I said above, it helps sales stay on top of contracts and helps me know exactly where the business is at all times.

Overall they are a great company and I would recommend them for most magazine publishers needs.

MagHub solves the co-ordination of the publishing business. Each step of the process integrates smoothly, almost without human intervention.

Im glad i have this system as a tool vs a super complicicated SForce.

The help options are great especially the chat team.

The platform is very user friendly, I love the app and I can't rate their customer service high enough.

The charts and gadgets presentation is excellent. Our bookkeeper is able to stay on top of invoices with the the aging reports which are excellent to check every week.

Browser based, fairly intuitive to use, admin from my team members is good.

While I may not use all of the components of MagHub, I am a daily user and am certainly appreciative of its many features and ease of use. I highly recommend MagHub to anyone looking for a CRM.

Also, when I have tried to sit in on the video tutorials when new features are released, the presenter moves so fast that I get nothing out of them and so have stopped watching.

The templates of our documents is limited and not very flexible. The system is American and we are Canadians.

Integration to our existing system was difficult because of the inability to develop templates combining form specifications to cost of ad for quotes and purchase price.

The support is really great. Everyone has been very helpful at every turn.

The only problem I have is with the way A/R ages. We have to have the due date set 1 day after billing date in order to get the A/R report to age properly.

They are extremely helpful in prospecting and keeping track of my monthly revenue. I am able to look back at prior years to determine call rotations too.

It's very easy to use and help is always just an email away. Loading our sales history was important and easier than we anticipated.

We are able to easily see our print vs. digital subscribers, and comp subscriptions for our prime advertisers are now also easy to track as well.

An added plus for us with MagHub is the availability of their Data Warehouse which has opened the door to integration with other 3rd party tools.

And I love that our credit card processing is integrated with MagHub, so any payments processed by credit card are automatically recorded as paid.

The staff are a pleasure to work with. They are constantly trying to improve the software.

The live chat support has been superb, giving me the answers I need right when I need them. They are courteous and thorough in their effort to help.

Customer support is outstanding and makes all the difference is using this product vs others.

MagHub allows me to capitalize on opportunities and stay on top of my brand.

They listen to your feedback, I forget what I wanted functionality for but it wasn't an option.

It is nice to have all that information at your fingertips. MagHub integrated with a lot of third-party vendors which allows us to collect client data in one spot and share it with our team.

I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

Salesforce has a lot of capabilities, it covers everything. The leads section was nice, and it was great to be able to create your own sections.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
