Open CRM is easy to use, you cant really go wrong. I like that you can reach out for support via a chat function and they get back to you quickly.

OpenCRM is easy to use & good value for Money- We have customised the software so that it works for our business and I especially like the helpdesk. Any queries are answered promptly and without fuss.

It has numerous integrations built in, for example JotForm, Xero, Mailchimp and Sage to name a few, which all help with the sale process and can help with the customer relationship.

Using jotforms to create leads, helpdesk tickets and contacts saves huge amounts of time and the API allows real time reporting to management.

Mobile site is a little difficult to navigate, very easy to press the wrong buttons and can be frustrating especially when processing orders through CRM.

The customer support is also great over the phone or chat and usually can sort any problem you may have fairly quickly.

It has huge flexibility and integration with a number of useful tools.

Keeping track of projects and invoices, simplicity, ease of use, calendar functionality, integrations , customer service and help.

I find OpenCRM itself very easy to use and navigate. The support and resources are extremely good.

Practice makes perfect so setting yourself up as a dummy contact or lead for testing is a must. With the customer support option and their quick responses it makes it overall a good exprience.

Our company has been using for a few years and as we have grown its failings have become more frustrating and apparent.

When we reported these bugs OpenCRM admitted they didn't work but if we wanted that functinoality we would have to pay for it. The email program is very bad and barely functions.

I like being able to import my excel lists into Open CRM to allow to easy documentation. Also great for exporting data for analysis.

Pretty great, they always get back to you at a reasonable time, polite and the product is overall really great to use.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of the organization's customer support. They are simply the best of the best.

Integration with our existing business processes was easy and the ability to add unlimited custom fields was  a big plus for us.

Helps us keep track of all of our contacts, companies, leads, and opportunities. I record my emails in it and our sales people are able to use it on mobile when they are out on the road.

Best Feature Rich CRM Software at an affordable Cost with Excellent in-person Customer Support.

We can no longer upload data into the system, I do believe that option was disabled by the larger corporation we represent, and not a factor of SalesNOW, that has limited its effectiveness.

The system is very versatile and allows us to be creative with our solutions.

It doesn't integrate with our Health Information System, although they've tried very hard to get that done.
