Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use and customizable. I’m using it for 3+ years and it proved to be very good. Really enjoying it.

  • Easy to use and friendly interface. The most important software in my company and everybody loves it - really!!

  • Cons

  • The only thing that can be a little annoying sometimes that it does log you out if you're inactive for sometime during the day but it's not too much of a problem.

  • The overall cost-effectiveness is good, but if many users have access to the tool, the cost of use becomes high.

  • Pros

  • The interface is very intuitive and I love how the dialer is integrated into the lead page.

  • The software is easy to use, effective and allows me to personalize my outreach at scale - which is incredibly valuable

  • Cons

  • There are times when there are some bugs that will not load correctly. These, however, are addressed quickly.

  • It doesn't integrate with HubSpot, only SalesForce. Completely understandable but detracts a bit from the capabilities.
