Phone app, it does not have the same functionality and could be confusing from time to time.

This application was key to implementing a tracking system for our support and help desk. We’ve become more organized and in turn better at our customer service.

As an agency owner, having these tools under one roof helps save time and money. I also appreciate the pricing - which is better than some other more popular CRM's out there.

Teamwork's customer support has always been fantastic. Also, it's apparent they are putting good effort into making a clean User Interface and building smart features.

Lack of Outlook integration, something that they have planned soon.

Some of the labeling/organization features have been difficult to navigate, but this could be because it is new and there is a learning curve.

It can be linked to Teamwork projects so you can have a better understanding of what is happening with each opportunity internally at your organization.

Don't expect many bells and whistles that would come with a more costly CRM platform. What's most critical is internal usage and the people aspect; the issue is rarely the tool/software.

We have a very good CRM that is a great price that fits into everything else we do.

It is very user friendly It's also super simple to get set up and invite other users. The integrated chat feature is great.

Over all experiece is okay  for small companies like us I think it's best but yes need the improvement.

Teamwork CRM is pretty intuitive from a user Perspective and I love that it is similar to Teamwork Project. We use both and know on the roadmap will be true integration with the task.
